Dr. Steven Forness
Dr. Steven Forness is an international leader in the field of emotional disorders in children. He has dedicated his life to improving "early detection and eligibility of children with psychiatric disorders for special education services in public schools" (TECBD, 2007). Dr. Forness has applied his knowledge and skills to improving the community through diverse means.
